Systemtray & Taskbar panel-plugin problems (Xfce 4.2.3)

Yes... The whole panel and all plugins have been rewritten for the 4.4 
release...

I use the release candidate of 4.4 for quite a while now... I recommend 
all users of the 4.2 series to update/upgrade to that version!
