I do believe that making the desktop flashing in the pager is a good idea...

But I don't think that leaving the item "hilighted" in the taskbar just
like if the window is focused is a good idea. It's confusing and, from
my own point of view, leads to usability concerns.

But that's just my 2 cents, I don't care much about apps that make use
of that "urgent" hint anyway ;)
