Yeah, I didn't say I didn't know how... just that I didn't feel like
doing it.  Also, do we really want to convert the ENTIRE database to
utf-8, or just things like people's comments and real names?  I'm
somewhat afraid to just go and change everything and then wait to see
what breaks.  It's hard to roll back to a DB backup when the DB is
constantly changing.
