Icon theme preview

One of the things that our UI plugin currently lacks is the preview of
the icon themes, which means one has to select an icon theme to get an
idea of how it looks (same applies to GTK+ theme of course).

Attached is a patch that adds a preview icon (as determined from the
Example field in index.theme or falling back to gnome-fs-directory) to
the icon theme selection.

Opinions?
