Yes.  Those modules should be changed to use the xfce_themed_icon_*()
helpers/wrappers for GtkIconTheme.

Regardless, it doesn't really matter, as XfceIconTheme is just a proxy
object now.

I'd suggest filing low-prio bugs against those components (one bug per
component).  Patches are always welcome.
