Save session in desktop as a file

Hi, there!

I've just see in [1] what I think is an excellent idea:

Save sessions as a file, or in an icon.

Well, the idea is simple, if you make every day typical tasks, you can
save the state of the applications you open in a file, or maybe, in an
icon on the desktop.

For instance, every morning, I've to check for news for my dept
website, then I open Liferea, Firefox, and Kmail. I can save all this
in an icon, and when I click on it, all this application will open, in
the right place, and in the right state. Later, I check the state of
my dept's ftp server, with two consoles, one with mc, and the other
with ssh (another icon). And when I work on some web sites, mainly
translating into Spanish, I open Stardict, Nvu, Firefox and Konqueror
(another icon).

Well, that's the thing. I think it can't be very hard, because Xfce
already save sessions, but only when you close it.

Greetings,

and keep the good work!!!!

PD: Maybe we should launch a "Next-XFCE brainstorm" in the web.
