That is possible already:
add a launcher executing 'xfce-settings-show'
xfce-settings-show xfwm4 # xfwm4 settings
xfce-settings-show screensaver # xscreensaver settings
xfce-settings-show ui # gtk settings
xfce-settings-show keyboard # keyboard settings
etc...
