You can set executable bit on executables only (executable types are
properly detected by recent shared-mime-info). sticky, setuid, setgid
are very special and don't belong into the permissions chooser of the
properties dialog. There'll be a separate advanced permissions dialog
later, which also supports changing the permission of multiple files at
once.
