The default should be in submenu, IMHO, as most people won't need
Terminal very often.

Aye, right, forgot the print manager. Good idea to put it into the
settings manager dialog. JF can you add a simple launcher as mcs plugin
for xfprint-manager (like exo-preferred-applications does)?
