New panel in trunk

My latest svn build from the panel is from a couple a days ago, so maybe
it's added/suggested already.
But you can drag items from the items dialog to add to the panel, but
dragging items back from the
panel to the items dialog should remove the item, like in most panel dnd
systems.

Maybe a usefull future to add.
