Porting panel plugins for 4.4

hi!

i'm maintainer of sensors-plugin. either stefan ott or myself will port
the plugin to the new panel api, but being conservative and lerarning
for examinations at the moment, it won'T be available  the next days,
nor weeks.

the screenshot-plugin calls itself xfce4-screenshot-plugin.
