Implemented.  This involved some pretty big internal changes, so it
would be great if people could test that I didn't break anything.  I
fixed a couple cosmetic things as well.

I dropped them down to 32x32, and the size doesn't depend on screen size
anymore.  Since I've never seen an icon view that resized based on
screen size before...
