Libtubo released.

Libtubo, the basic library which is used for all important stuff in
xffm, is now released as a separate library. Other components of xffm
will also be soon packaged separately (yes, including xfdiff). For more

Full API Reference Manual for libtubo is available from the above link.
SVN access is contained within the xffm tree.
