New patch up. Or rather, I just stuck the .c file and a patch for
configure.ac. For some reason the last patch didn't work. I tried
re-creating it and applying it to a fresh tree, and 'patch' barfed. I
tried regenerating the patch against a fresh tree, and then applying it
to another fresh tree, and it still failed. Verdict: 'svn diff' and/or
'patch' suck.

Anyway:
http://spuriousinterrupt.org/files/xfce4/new-clock-plugin-configure.ac.diff
http://spuriousinterrupt.org/files/xfce4/clock.c

Apply the first one in the root, and put the second one in
trunk/plugins/clock/.

This new one has the ability to set the font and font color, as well as
displays a tooltip if you're displaying the time but not the date, and
vice versa. I can't think of a reason why you'd need the tooltip if
you're displaying both.
