Is ns-remote outdated?

A better idea would be to use our xfhelp4 script, which makes a pretty
good effort to find a browser to launch.

Long-term, there needs to be a nice cross-desktop way of configuring
things like default web browsers, mail clients, etc.  But that's a job
for someone who is not me.
