Panel on SVN does not seem to be working with multihead 100%

Ok, I can indeed easily simulate a multihead setup with Xnest, and I 
must say... the panel really sucks at multihead support ;-)

I knew it was bad, because I never really looked at it yet, but now I at 
least have a way to test it.

I can reproduce all the issues you mentioned, plus a few others, so 
there's a chance I will be able to fix them too. I'll let you know when 
I make any progress.
