Got the following there:

~/.cache/xfce4/desktop

menu-cache--etc-xdg-xfce4-desktop-menu.xml.rc
menu-cache--etc-xdg-xfce4-desktop-menu.xml.xml
menu-cache--home-user-.config-xfce4-desktop-menu.xml.rc
menu-cache--home-user-.config-xfce4-desktop-menu.xml.xml

I removed all those above and a menu file from .config: so the files in
the .cache have been recreated and ~/.config//xfce4/desktop/ is empty
now. Still nothing except usual items in my menu.
