Docbook does not support the ‎ tag and thus has
poor results when converting RTL pages to HTML

I made minor additions to the xfce.css to get the
directionality right (the resulted style sheet was
called xfce-rtl.css) but as shortly explained above it
is not enougth to make the Docbook useful and
additional manual editing was required
