Sometimes I sit here, and try to scrolldown a page displayed in <browser>
by drag the scrollbar and move it down/up. Sometimes I miss the bar and
hit the windowborder and I start resizing the window a bit. On a
single-display system that might be not so problematic, but with 2
displays I really dislike that behaviour. I would like to see a config
switch which makes it possible to move or resize maximized windows so
badly :/
