This is great. Would it be overly honest of me to admit that I just
did some shotgun debugging to make sure that Leafpad's translation
stuff didn't complain when built, and otherwise just crossed my
fingers?

There isn't a module for Mousepad in Xfce bugzilla, so for now email
is best. I'll go ahead and commit this now. I think I have an updated
Slovak translation I need to drop as well.
