Done, for IMAP, anyway.  Maildir and mbox will just use the default 10
minutes until Pasi updates them ^_^.

Not sure what to do about that. I'm catching focus-out-event rather than
value-changed, so we're not sending lots of timeout change events to all
the mailboxes (well, not so much an issue now).  It looks like a bug in
the widget itself that it doesn't update itself internally if you just
type a number.
