xfwm4 restore on move - patch

Ori,

The maximize/demaximize bug is back then.

To reproduce:

1) Maximize a window
2) Use Alt+click in the middle of the window and move the mouse back and
forth to the left/right => the window quickly toggles between maximized
and de-maximized states.
