Panel does not store config in 4.2.1

I'll upload a 4.2.1.1 installer now, so somebody should sync 
www.us.xfce.org afterwards. Do you have access to sf? If so, please 
upload the installer as well once its on espresso.

And a note on the frontpage would be cool.
