Panel does not store config in 4.2.1

Excellent! So, how do we go about releasing this?

I have uploaded an xfce4-panel-4.2.1.1.tar.gz tarball to both

www.xfce.org/archive/xfce-4.2.1/src/ and

ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/xfce-goodies/4.2.1/

I can probably upload it to SF as well, but I can't make rpm's.

Hmm, and probably we should remove the 4.2.1 version from those 
locations, if possible.

Anything else?
