[PATCH] Menueditor dialogs

IMHO the strings used in the menueditor's various dialogs
are a bit weird and inconsistent. I've written a small patch in an
attempt to do something about it.

I've tried to make things as clear and straightforward as possible, but
there could be things that some developers or translators have a problem
with. It doesn't really bother me if my version isn't used. I'd just
like to see the wording in these strings improve.
