"Use nonstandard port" set to 995 works fine for me with Gmail. Not
sure what's up with your setup. Fixed the problem with the field not
being enabled as well.
I rearranged some stuff in the dialog and changed it so changing the
security settings will show the selected port in the port entry box (if
the checkbox *isn't* checked).
