Change mouse cursor theme in Xfce?

Hi

I really like the new feature ;-)
I merged the new xinitrc, but it works not completly
Apps like thunderbird/firefox show the new cursor on the fly, but all
xfce apps and gaim for example show the new cursors only after a xserver
restart.

greets
    Johannes
