gtk-engine: Scrollbars

Hello,

the scrollbars have changed from rc3 to final in Xfce_basic theme. 
Basically, rc3 had some kind of border around the scrollbar, final not.

Is it possible with a few changes in the rc file to get the old 
behaviour. It's because I have a Xfce_basic_bw which is the Xfce_basic 
with modifications and I want to integrate the old look in my theme.
