ANNOUNCE: xffm-4.3.3 released

Xffm-4.3.3 is now released. The most noticeable new characteristic is
the "icons on desktop" feature. 

4.3.3 also includes enhancements to the iconview GUI and the removal of
the preferences menu from treeview GUI (fully replaced by environment
variables which can be set from the mcs-manager or otherwise).
