xfwm4 cvs bug

	Hi!

I believe there is a bug in the xfwm4 code on cvs.

Non-root users cannot run the WM (xfwm4). If I copy the src/xfwm4
executable from 5th august cvs version to /usr/local/bin, it works. But
when using the present xfwm4 from cvs, non-root users cannot execute it.
It is not a file execution permisions problem (both are -rwxr-xr-x).

System: Slackware 10.0, gtk+2 2.4.4, yesterday cvs xfce.

cheers

Xavier
