xfrun4 slow response

i don't believe you can configure it at runtime, but i think you can
compile libxfcegui4 without libdbh support, which should leave out
the command history.

regardless, yeah, it's a pain that xfrun4 is slow.  in 4.4 we might have
some sort of dbus-based daemon that will keep things like this partially
loaded so it can be brought up quickly.
