xfwm4 compile error on cygwin

i have successfully compiled: 

xfce4/libxfce4util 
xfce4/libxfcegui4 
xfce4/libxfce4mcs 
xfce4/xfce-mcs-manager 
xfce4/xfce-mcs-plugins 
xfce4/xfce4-panel 

i used cvs to dl xfce (2 days ago) so xfce version is 4.1.90 

my output is:

what must i do? 

i do not have much experience with linux/cygwin but i hope Maarten or somebody else has a solution 

btw i use the latest cygwin version plus latest cygwin packages. 

i hope someone can help me
