desktop margins

Hi

That's because the old plugin (from 4.0.6) is causing troubles. Make
sure you remove the "margins_plugin.*" from /usr/lib/xfce4/mcs-plugins/
(or whatever location you specified as MCS plugin location at compile
time) and restart your envt.
