desktop margins

Hi,
I use 80px margin on the right side, because I want to see my gkrellm
all the time. But in 4.1.90 if I set this margin, it works only until
next (re)start (ie. logout and login again). Then when I open the
desktop margins settings dialog, there is stil written '80' but it
doesn't work. I have to set it to 81 and then to 80 again and everything
is OK, until next restart...
