Xfce 4.2.beta 1 released

usually, i prefer to build things by hand for more assured control,
but i thought i shd give this a test, w this result:

this is an upto-date Gentoo system
w working Xfce 4.0.6 supported by  x11-themes/gtk-engines-xfce-2.1.9 .
