Chinese Traditional (zh_TW.po) Update

Hi,

something is wrong with at least the xfce4-plugins po file:
The month name strings from clock.c seem to have disappeared.
(I haven't looked carefully; I noticed this only because my
patch affects the month names.)

>From a cursory glance, it seems that the po files for CVS
HEAD have been applied to the xfce_4_0 branch.

BTW, I would like my patch to be committed too, but it doesn't
apply any more. I'll make a new patch.
