install the hicolor icon theme.  it's somewhere on 
http://freedesktop.org/Software.  "default icon theme" or something.  
at some point libxfcegui4 will check for its presence.  this will kill 
that last warning in your output, but i'm not so sure it'll fix the 
other stuff.
