Hate following up to myself and all, but the problem seems to be in
weather.c:1313 in gtk_tree_view_column_new_with_attributes(). There should
be an extra argument:

column = gtk_tree_view_column_new_with_attributes("Labels to display", renderer, "text", 0, 0);

It's not completely clear to me whether this is completely under the
domain of Bob Schlarmann or not. If so, I can direct this to him.
