build problem in latest CVS

it looks like xffm-icons/pixmaps/ has been deleted.  for now, you can 
remove pixmaps from the SUBDIRS= line in xffm-icons/Makefile.am, and the 
pixmaps/Makefile line near the bottom of xffm-icons/configure.ac, 
and rerun autogen.sh.
