Xfce 4.2 Schedule

String freeze is rather soon here I think. This basically means we 
cannot alter the user interaction for 3 months.

I would prefer string freeze at the start of the beta cycle, this gives 
10 weeks for the translators. Would that be enough?

Freezing messages later would give us time to do a good UI review when 
the basic functionality is working.
