xfce 4.0.6 change log

Hi all,

xfce 4.0.6 is now imminent, it would be way cool if everybody could
prepare a change log like this:

tool

bug fix (#bug_id):
- A small explanation of the fix

addition:
- What's new

improvement:
- what has been improved

FYI, most ChangeLog files have been updated, so you can use that if,
like me, you have hard time remembering what gas changed since last
release.
