Hello my friends,

I'm pretty happy to inform you that I'm almost finishing braziliam portuguese translation of XFCE4. I'm just making some correction and look for some mistake.

I heve two question:

1) Do I have to send the po's to this list?
2) What charset to use: ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8
