xfdesktop: menu icons

Hi,

can't sleep...

So here a patch for xfdesktop to add menu icon support with
icon="blah.png" ... (with path search support to make names pretty and
short)

and a bash script to complete existing entries by adding a similar named
icon.

Wanted to add kde support but cant find where they put their icons, and
i dont really care. Someone add that ^^
