Dropped doxygen

Hello,

I dropped doxygen in favour of gtk-doc, because of doxygen being unable to 
handle the GObject stuff in a usable way (e.g. signals and properties). All of 
the available documentation for libxfce4util was converted to gtk-doc and is 
available online in the same place:

http://www.home.unix-ag.org/bmeurer/xfce/API/libxfce4util/

Bringing the gtk-doc framework in place for a project is a bit tricky. I'll 
add stuff to libxfce4mcs and libxfcegui4 soon.

The installation of gtk-doc this time was an easy task (using the FreeBSD 
ports collection). I suggest anybody to use ports/packages if available for 
your distribution and not try to install and configure the 
docbook/jade/gtk-doc stuff manually.
