Hi Felix,

  xfce.org's blog is wordpress ( http://wordpress.org )
it only needs a server capable of php and mysql, quite
common nowadays...

i'm using it for my small blog and must say that it is
very easy to use/mantain/customize, the thing i like
most is that you can post news using xml-rpc tools
such as blogtk ( http://blogtk.sourceforge.net/ ),
gnome-blog ( http://www.gnome.org/~seth/gnome-blog/ )
or w.bloggar ( http://www.wbloggar.com/ ).
