xfwm4 invisible border w/ most themes

xfwm4 is still when this happens.. infact.. I can continue going through
themes that show up and themes that don't.

I tried removing and reinstalling xfwm4 amd xfwm4-themes but that had no
effect. I install them with checkinstall btw.
