xfce_version_string wrongly defined

Speaking with some guys on IRC it appeared that they tought RC3 =
4.1.99.2; i've found the cause and i've just changed it in CVS HEAD
(xfce_version_string was wrongly defined in
libxfce4util/configure.ac:19). It doesn't hurt except xfce4-about shows
"4.1.99.2 (Xfce 4.2 RC3)" as version, i think we should update the
source tarballs but i haven't time to do it right now (maybe tonight
CET).
