Panel has lost its SKIP_PAGER and SKIP_TASKBAR propertie

Hi Jasper,

Ok, I finally found the problem in xfwm4, so I've reverted my last
revert (ie, I've put back your original change, gtk_widget_show()
instead of gtk_widget_show_now() )
