xfce4-terminal 0.0.3 is out

The automatic tab renaming is a bit cranky. On opening a second tab, the
terminal grows extremely wide to accomodate both titles (i.e.,
edscott at scorpio:/home/common/src/xfce4-terminal/xfce4-terminal-0.0.3),
opening a third tab makes xfce4-terminal outgrow the screen width.
Opening a fourth opens somewhere way off screen and is not visible.
