[PATCH] additional submenu for applications in taskbar

Hi,

the attached patch adds the ability to the taskbar to together close, 
minimize and unminimize all windows of a grouped task. It's only a
starting point. By interest maybe some could add more actions to the new
submenu.

Feel free to add it to CVS if the patch is well and if it's a wanted
feature.
